Elmarc is looking for a Shop Manager Daily Operations

What are we looking for?

As a spider in the web and connector, you understand what it takes to be and remain the best in our field. This includes the fact that professionalism and ambition are of great importance in day-to-day work.

Your work will consist of;

• Building traffic; you will help the online team by implementing various SEO strategies, updating social media accounts, sending email newsletters and more.
  
• Site updates; site-updates keep the sites fresh and full of life. Having multiple (e-commerce) sites and a wide range of products require huge attention. Working on a site everyday will make you more aware of what other things you could do with the business (new promotions, new product-ideas, etc.)
  
• Order and stock management; you will be responsible for receiving orders for the products. To keep an up to date stock information on the site and prevent having customers trying to purchase an item that’s out of stock or discontinued.
  
• Monitoring KPIs; as on online team we set the KPI’s. Every week we will have a meeting in which the online stores performance will be monitored. Besides monitoring, KPIs can reveal when there is a problem with the sites. The quicker a problem is identified, the faster you will be able to bring everything back to normal (or even improve it).
  
• Social Media Updates; to show that our brands are active, create an impression that we operate daily and also to slowly build customer engagement.
  
• Helping Customer Service; customers need our attention every day. They will ring our Customer Service with questions, inquiries or complaints. Stay in close contact with our Customer Service to inform about changes in product availability and much more.

About you:

As Shop Manager Daily Operations you are part of the online team of Elmarc. The online team of Elmarc is responsible for all e-commerce platforms within Elmarc. As a Shop Manager, you and the online team know how to smoothly and flawlessly manage the daily operation within Elmarc. We are driven and ambitious!

• Eager to learn; think out-of-the-box and you are curious to investigate and provide further continuous improvements to existing processes

• Experience in E-commerce; by preference Shopify
